As a Senior React Developer, you'll have a deep understanding of React and front-end web development best practices. You'll work with the product team to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software. You'll also mentor and coach other developers on the team to ensure that everyone is working effectively towards building successful products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new user-facing features using React
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Design and implement user interfaces in collaboration with product owners and designers
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met
- Review code and collaborate on best practices
- Mentor and coach junior developers on the team
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in front-end web development
- In-depth knowledge of React, Redux, and related front-end technologies
- Experience with client-server communication using RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with modern front-end build processes and tools such as Webpack and Babel
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Familiarity with Git and agile development methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues

- Work as a part of a remote distributed team
- Help rearchitect an in-market application
- Move state management from Realm to Redux
- Define, communicate and delivery technical and design requirements
- Coding and debugging
- Write testable and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- React Native
- Strong Redux knowledge
- React.js
- Unit Testing
- Plus, if you have experience with Android development

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various front-end frameworks and libraries
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate back-end services with front-end applications
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to develop high-quality software solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Use and improve upon existing development and testing practices
- Estimate, prioritise, and manage work items to meet project deadlines
- Continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end programming languages such as Node.js
- Experience working with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgresSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
