DXC engaged us to undertake an end-to-end redesign for their new electronic medical record (EMR) application. Available as both a native application and web UI, the EMR needed to comply with strict clinical design requirements encompassing accessibility, patient record security and cross device compatibility.
A ‘white label’ user interface was created to allows the branding of individual healthcare providers to be applied. Particular attention was given to the visual hierarchy of content, ensuring that important health-related notes and diagnoses are always prominent and easily accessible.
