Employees are able to select, configure and edit their benefit choices and see accurate information around their resultant take-home pay and any tax implications. Heavy emphasis was placed on testing the proposed designs with users and stakeholders to ensure every iteration provided a best-in-class user experience and overall ease of use. The platform was designed so that it could be provided to companies as a white-label solution; enabling them to apply their own branding and colour schemes to ensure the platform sits seamlessly within their existing corporate environment.
